Support for mouse and trackpad for Office apps for iPadOS
Microsoft's new update for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications for iPad users has provided mouse and trackpad support to users. As it is known, Apple recently began offering support for use with trackpad and mouse on the iPad keyboard. After this support, various applications began to offer additional support for both mouse and trackpad.
At this point, iPad users have been demanding that Microsoft offer this support the most for a long time. Microsoft also issued a statement regarding this support. As a matter of fact, recently, trackpad and mouse support was officially added to Office apps for iPadOS.
With the newly added support, word, excel, and powerpoint apps on the desktop side and the iPad-side app have become very similar. Currently, supported iPad users will be able to access the new update via the iPadOS App Store.
