iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max Sizes Leaked

Last week, we saw leaked CAD images of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro . They gave us a clue as to what the devices might look like. Now, schematic drawings with dimensions appeared online, and we can compare the upcoming iPhone 14 models with the current generation iPhone 13 series.

Android Police writer Max Weinbach took to Twitter to share schematic drawings. The 77.58 mm wide iPhone 14 Pro Max may be a narrower smartphone than the 78.1 mm wide iPhone 13 Pro Max. The phones will be of equal length with an unceptable height difference. The iPhone 14 Pro Max is said to be 160.7 mm tall and the iPhone 13 Pro Max is 160.8 mm tall.

But the iPhone 14 Pro Max is said to be 0.2 mm thicker than the current generation model. Most of this increase can be attributed to the thicker camera ledge. In particular, Apple has thickened the camera protrusion from the iPhone 12 to the iPhone 13 and can repeat the trend with the iPhone 14 series. Apple's guidelines for accessory manufacturers also include all the required sizes. It reveals that the camera protrusion of the iPhone 13 is 3.6 mm out. Drawings shared by Weinbach show that the camera protrusion of the iPhone 14 Pro Max will be 4.17 mm out. Other dimensions of the iPhone 14 Pro Max camera overhang are also set to increase by about 5 percent.

iPhone 14 Pro Sizes

Weinbach also shared diagrams and possible dimensions for the iPhone 14 Pro model. Figures show that the phone will be the same as the iPhone 13 Pro. The new device will be only 0.05 mm narrower than the iPhone 13 Pro. By the way, the height will remain unchanged. The iPhone 14 Pro will also have the same thickened camera protrusion borrowed from the more expensive iPhone 14 Pro Max.
