Second-generation HomePod will be available in two different color options, ’midnight' and white. Apple says that the new color, called ’midnight', is created from 100 percent recycled knitted fabric. The new color, on the other hand, reminded us of the space gray of the previous generation.

Apple is using the U1 processor for the first time in the new generation HomePod model. The company says that thanks to this processor, they are able to offer more advanced and reliable remote control features. In addition, the new HomePod includes a new “confirmation tone” for Siri.
