Apple Introduces iOS 16! Here's what's new!

Apple announced the new operating system iOS 16 version of the iPhone at WWDC 2022 (Worldwide Developers Conference), the first important event of 2022. Apple has made the iPhone lock screen more useful, a feature that many have been waiting for.

The first innovation for the lock screen in the iOS 16 version came the ability to perform multiple actions without turning on the screen. This ability becomes even more dynamic with new widgets and wallpapers. Apple, which also offers a new feature for the iPhone 14 family, which is expected to be introduced in September, has only offered Always on Display feature for its new family, although the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max also support it.

Apple has introduced an even more dynamic version of the features used by many Android users for iOS users. With iOS 16, the lock screen will be fully customizable.

Another innovation came to the Messages application. More social networking functionality has been added alongside emoji, gif app-like elements that iMessage users often use. For iMessage users, there are also features to edit and undo the sent message.

SharePlay support has also arrived for messages. This allows you to share your screen with your partner outside of FaceTime.

A new feature has also been released to retrieve just one object from any image. You can touch and hold images to take the subject of the image from the background and paste it where you want it.

Apple Pay Order Tracking has the ability for merchants to deliver receipts and order tracking to your Wallet. It also integrates with Shopify.

Apple added multi-stop routing to plan up to 15 routes in advance. You'll be able to plan routes on your Mac, send them to iPhone, and add stops with Siri.

With iOS 16, you can approve screen time requests directly from Messages. You can also edit all parental control settings in a new feature called the Family Checklist.
