Whatsapp QR code message migration feature is finally in beta!

New beta version of WhatsApp released today, a new feature has emerged that will be of great use to those who change phones frequently. Thanks to this feature, it will be much easier to transfer messages to another phone.

According to WaBetaInfo, this new feature allows you to move WhatsApp messages between phones using only a QR code. Previously, when you wanted to transfer your messages, you first had to connect WhatsApp and your Google account to back up your messages and upload them to the cloud.

With QR code migration, all you have to do is use the Move Messages feature in the Chats sub-tab in the Settings tab. When you scan the QR code in the tab that opens with your new phone's camera, you are automatically redirected to the Google Play Store or App Store, and when you download and open WhatsApp, you automatically log in to the app and your messages are quickly transferred to your new phone.

If you want to test this feature, which is currently available in the beta version of WhatsApp, we recommend that you be careful because users who test the feature sometimes say that not all messages are transferred, and sometimes the feature does not work and all messages are deleted.
